Is it guaranteed that I am going to lose weight?

Yes! With my coaching you'll get everything you need to successfully lose weight and look your best. I will design a program just for you, coach you along the way, teach you how to implement it, and keep you consistent and accountable.

Why do I need a personalized program?

Your needs, goals and life demands are different from others and should be taken into account when creating a weight loss program. That way we can together figure out what works best for you so that you can make fast progress and get amazing results.

What if I am not making progress or getting results?

Your progress and results depend on how well and consistent your program is being implemented. If you're not making progress we will immediately have a strategy session to make sure we get you on the right path. This is a great way to learn what's NOT working so you can do what DOES.

Does this take up a lot of time?

No, you don't have to spend hours working out or trying to figure out what the best diet is. With my help you'll know how to best fit your program into your schedule. You can make amazing progress with 5,10,30 minute movement sessions, and 5-minute daily actions to improve your nutrition.

I tried other trainers, gyms, diets, but they didn't work for me. How are you different?

I believe that for you to make progress and get permanent results you need more than an exercise and nutrition plan, you need someone to guide you and support you. You will get person-to-person support so that you know exactly why, what, and how you should implement your program. You'll have someone to keep you accountable and consistent, and most importantly, you will have someone that cares about you and your goals.
